These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.mkuzmenko.dev (the “Site”), run by Maksym Kuzmenko (“I”, “me”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What this site is
The Site is a personal portfolio. It presents information about my work and experience, including my CV (Curriculum Vitae). It does not sell anything, and you don’t need an account to use it.
Using the site
You may browse, read and link to the Site. You agree not to:
- try to disrupt, overload or get unauthorised access to the Site or the systems it runs on;
- scrape or copy the Site in bulk to republish it as your own;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
Automated access by search engines and AI tools is allowed as described in robots.txt.
AI tools and third-party links
Some links on the Site open third-party AI services (such as Claude (by Anthropic) and ChatGPT (by OpenAI)) with a prompt already filled in. Whatever those services write is generated by them, not by me. It is not an endorsement or a statement of fact, and I am not responsible for it.
Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies. I don’t control them and am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site’s content, design and code are © 2026 Maksym Kuzmenko. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the Site. Anything else needs my written permission. Third-party trademarks and names belong to their owners.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information only. Nothing on it is professional, legal or technical advice that you should rely on without checking it yourself.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. I try to keep it accurate and online, but I don’t guarantee that it is complete, current, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of any site it links to, as far as the law allows.
Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where legally permitted, the courts at my place of residence have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
